※ You must complete the quest [Lv. 56] The Altar of Blood NPC Knowledge at Star's End to enter the Altar of Blood.
- Enter The 1st Illusion - Savage in the Altar of Blood NPC Knowledge, then talk to the NPC in the middle to enter the Distorted Illusion.
- After entering the Distorted Illusion, all party members need to use an Illusion Fragment of the Altar at the middle of the Altar of Blood NPC Knowledge to summon the Blue Flame.
- Use the item when the Blue Flame appears to start the Distorted Illusion.
- This item will disappear at the end of the event period.
