Can be crafted at the Ship Part Workshop in Port Epheria 1-4, 2F. A Upgraded Plating must be crafted and enhanced in order to upgrade an Epheria Carrack.

The Cox Pirates were feared for their combat prowess, but even more so for being a sea power known for their ability to win every parley. A few of the smaller merchant guilds also parley with them to avoid trouble. It's used as a high grade construction material.
