It is used to upgrade Carrack equipment from the Black Spirit. A translucent crystal that has been exposed to starlight for a prolonged period and is infused with cold energy. You can heat Frosted Black Stone x10 and Starlight Crystal x1 to obtain a Lunar Black Stone.
