[Elvia] Altar Imp Habitat

Description

When you approach the Hadum-infested Wizard's Altar, the hairs on the back of your neck would stand up due to a chilling presence there.
And yet, as if unaware of the chilly atmosphere, the crazed imps run around the altar. Their furious antics made hot steam rise from their warm bodies.
The Altar Imps that congregate around the Wizard's Altar would always cry out in bitter resentment while stomping their feet or shaking their flagpoles.
They directed their resentment into the flags, praying that Dastard Bheg NPC Knowledge would appear from somewhere and appease their wishes.
