Eltelan

I created a weapon that harnesses the power of lightning. With this, I hope to generate a stronger force in order to capitalize on Valteran NPC Knowledge's movements. Although it is not as strong as Krahtenn NPC Knowledge, it is powerful enough to be deployed in battle.

I named this weapon Eltelan. - Vaha
