Moran, a well-read and well-traveled woman of the Ratt Delegation.

She was born and raised in Beombawi Valley, an area of Land of the Morning Light that is overrun with tigers. Despite the environment she grew up in, she's very laid-back and fun. People regard her as a mother figure thanks to her warm, caring personality.
