Rising Storm Falls

It is said that in the past, an Imoogi NPC Knowledge lived at Rising Storm Falls, training to become a dragon. As time passed, on the thousandth year, the Imoogi finally expelled a purple Dragon orb and ascended to the sky as an Azure Dragon. During its ascension, the shed skin of the Imoogi hardened and became the rock that now divides Rising Storm Falls into two streams.
