Tales of the Merfolk I

As Orzeca's grip turned the Merfolk to cold stone, the few who remained wept, their tears filling the sea. Those who became stone remain frozen deep beneath the waves, lost in eternal slumber. Bewildered by a fate they could not grasp, their tormented cries still drift on the currents like a mournful lament.
