Bumblin' Watchman

A watchman tasked with overseeing Bumblin' Buccaneers, especially lower-ranking members, to ensure orders are followed. He also serves as the crew's would-be strategist. While diligent in monitoring subordinates, his sluggish movements and slow thinking cast doubt on his tactical abilities. It was his idea to establish a base near Olvia's coast to profit from Academy construction funds... an idea that ultimately left the pirates isolated and empty-handed. Rumor has it he recently failed to decipher a treasure map and has decided to keep it until inspiration strikes.
