Kami, the Barterer of Crow's Nest.
An Otter with an unmatched instinct for rumors drifting NPC Item across the Great Ocean and for the shifting tides of price. For that reason, he was chosen as a barterer within the inner circle of the Crow Merchant Guild.
They say he deals in "information" before goods, and whenever a rare item comes in, he carries himself as though he already knows its worth.
That said, Kami's ledger is said to contain an unusual number of entries with no recorded origin.
