Rusalka's Blessing

Today, Vincent proposed by the sea. As we sat side by side, gazing out at the ocean and laughing together, a silver-haired Mermaid caught our attention. She approached us and introduced herself as Rusalka NPC Knowledge, saying she had been watching ever since Vincent proposed. Then she told us she wished to bless our marriage. I had heard tales of Mermaids appearing before, but to have a Mermaid herself offer her blessing on our marriage... isn't that something truly extraordinary?
