Puskao

Puskao is the first Otter from Crioniak Island to explore other regions beyond the isle. He's explored almost as many regions as Velia's own Igor Bartali NPC Knowledge, and is also exceptionally intelligent and wise. Due to his old age, he has retired from his travels to return home and spends his days focused on fishing. Many Otters seek him out when they are in need of advice.
