Reina Balacs

A long line of Balacs have since resided in the Mountain of Eternal Winter following its conquest by Muhad Balacs, the venerated forefather of the Balacs family.

Reina Balacs, originally from Valencia City, has long complained about the frigid weather and a lack of youthful vigor among the men in Camp Balacs. However, a recent surge in the number of encampments in the area, which brought with them greater numbers of men in their prime, has done well to soothe her frustrations.
