The Truth Behind Those Worshipping Dragons

It appeared strange as it was the only location where people worshipped the souls of dragons. However, in truth, the people there don't actually worship dragons. They are simply praying out of fear of that the dragons' energy surrounding the Black Mountains will come down and curse them.
