An Imperial Fishing Delivery Manager of Asparkan Fort.

Filic was born and raised here in Asparkan. While Goblins are commonly known for their talent in cleaning, Flic was different. Whenever he went to get water for cleaning, he would always tie a sack to his broom and catch the fish in the stream.

Filic enjoyed spending his time fishing, with the fish biting the hook and creating ripples in the calm water, more than spending time cleaning, only to see dust piled up the next day. So it was only natural for Filic to take on the role of the Imperial Fishing Delivery Manager when the south of Mediah was developed.
