A priest who provides relief to the people at the Refugee Camp.

At least, he puts on the appearance of providing relief, but he is actually sending all the food wagons from the Northern Plantation on to Calpheon and concentrating only on preaching. Rumor has it he is both a misogynist and a cat hater, although there is nothing about him on the surface that would suggest either.
