City of the Dead

It was a city of Mediah's elite soldiers who fled south to escape the tyranny of Mediah and the Three Days of Darkness.

They briefly revived civilization by discovering the Tehmelun ruins on the other side of Ulukita and called themselves Tehmelunians.

However, the Three Days of Darkness eventually caught up to the south of Mediah, to Ulukita. The Mediah elite soldiers were consumed by darkness and were resurrected as soldiers scattering black sand. They killed those who survived without recognizing their comrades. The brief civilization that had emerged from tyranny and darkness was eventually covered by the sand of the wilds and withered away.
