Klam Cessory

A member of the ruined Cessory family, a once noble family of Keplan.

Klam has come to the conclusion that Black Crystals are a danger to society.

He sees some connection between Black Crystals and the laborers becoming petrified at the Quarry, the workers falling ill at the Extraction Mill, and the Elionian priests who come in and out of that facility frequently. He is trying hard to let the people know about the dangers of Black Crystals and is forming an Anti-Black Crystal Knowledge Item Organization in Keplan.
