Casto Luce

Casto Luce of Keplan is both a cynical and rational character.

He is constantly thinking ahead, calculating numerous scenarios in his mind at once. This suits his current responsibility for tactics and strategy under Captain Fridri. Still, he fancies himself fit for command at some point, though he seems satisfied for the moment to vicariously enjoy the accolades received by Fridri. One never knows when his calculations might change, however.
