Keplan's Source of Income

Mountainous Keplan is famous for the quality of its different types of rock. Several sizable quarries were constructed here, and scores of workers from a variety of species work these sites including Humans, Goblins and Orcs. Some of the good ore is sent to Calpheon to be used for arms and armor, and other shipments are made to Mediah for trade via Port Epheria. Calpheonian rocks and minerals are sold at a premium, especially in Valencia, where the soil lacks the moisture to have any commercial value.
