... Although most alchemists deny it, the magic they use is based on the incantations of ancient shamans. Half of these magical techniques were forbidden, and countless still were simply forgotten over time. Ultimately, both alchemists and witches flirt with the potential of rediscovering prohibitively destructive techniques that would be best forgotten.
