After the death of the king at Cron Castle in Eastern Balenos, Bartali was crowned the founding king of Balenos. Bartali III, the last king of Balenos, was a hero who prevented catastrophes using the Ramones, the guardians of Balenos in times of war or disaster.

It is said that the Ramones is shaped like a Black Stone NPC Knowledge Item, and it is unknown how it led to victory in the war and by what kind of power.
