Rakshan Observatory Node Manager.

An orphan deserted from his parents. He used to gaze at the stars often when he was young, and Prince Manmehan took him under his wing out of sympathy. Akhram never stopped studying since then, and eventually became the greatest astronomer in Valencia. He's managing the observatory that Manmehan supports.
