Naga Captain

The Naga Captain is said to be an illusive creature.
Many adventurers argue that seeing it is one thing, while surviving it is the real issue.
The Naga Captain rides a fully armored lizard, and apparently one can clearly tell the difference between the captain and normal commanders from a distance.
