Kulan

Kulan, the Storage Keeper of Eilton, is a blissful soul who enjoys life in Eilton. Being the keeper of many valuable things normally means that he would need to stay on constant alert of thievery and the likes, but the quaint village of Eilton and its villagers are far too simple and kind for any such mishaps to occur. As such, he spends most of his time wandering around the village away from his post in search of interesting things that might cure his boredom. Because of this, he is quite knowledgeable of affairs concerning the village and its people.

Central Market Director Bayarma, whose post is next to Kulan's, is gracious enough to fill in during Kulan's absence, but he doesn't do so without spilling a complaint every now and then.
