Summary Lavala NPC Knowledge was writing some kind of letter for special guests
who use our Crow Merchant Guild regularly.
She says that she'll make a special decoration only
for those who bring that letter...

who doesn't deserve it and tossed it out front of the Starry Midnight Port.
