## Summary

I've lost the ring, the very ring I proposed with
and promised my wife "until death do us part."
If she ever knew that I had lost it,
she'd be quite upset with me.
So I've spent the past few nights lying to my dear wife,
telling her I had work to do while I've searched for my lost ring.
I've kept searching and searching until I see the light go out in my home.
Only then have I snuck in under the cover of night.
I can't stall any longer...
And yet, I cannot remember where I misplaced it.
