2. Bring them to the Soldier

※ Ingredients for Fried Fish: 1 Mudskipper + 3 Wheat Flour + 2 Deep Frying Oil

※ You can replace the required fish with 2 dried fish of the same name or any fish of the same grade (e.g., 2 Dried Mudskipper instead of Mudskipper).
