This is the village of Splashing Point.
A peaceful haven for the Otters.
It was Chief Bavio who turned it into a famous fishing spot!
Recently, even the retired Captain Moguly has settled here.
The little Otter pups, having heard his tales of adventure,
spend their days dreaming of becoming pirates.
