Use Simple Alchemy and combine them all!
...Pu? Why is Essence of Liquor part of the recipe, you ask?
Well... I haven't the faintest clue! 
Anyway, I've succeeded in making it myself. 
Although I almost ended up swallowing up all of Lake Flondor
with the overgrown Apu Apu Waterstarwort and got scolded by Merindora...
Well, anyway! That really happened, believe it or not! Pu!
