Objective

The Black Spirit NPC Knowledge tells you to go to Kalicha, the head of the Kalicha Merchant Guild, and negotiate with him using the Verti Shackles and Kalicha Jester's Letter.

※ If you lose Kalicha Jester's Letter, you can receive it again from Kalicha's Jester, Lucia, at Starry Midnight Port.
※ If you lose the Verti Shackles, you can receive it again from Vola Arkin, Node Manager at Starry Midnight Port.
