A Dragon's horn is required to craft this strongest of helmets
that will protect your skull from any trauma.
And even in the midst of the coming snowstorm,
a helmet crafted with a Dragon's horn will help keep you warm.
You will need a helmet that can withstand the power,
and the Flame of Frost to melt away the remaining despair.
My power is contained in the Flame of Frost.
Although it was lost during an ambush from those who were once my allies...
