Objective

※ You can complete this quest with ease if your Gathering Level is over 25 (Skilled 5), and Alchemy Level is over 11 (Apprentice 1).

Nelydormin says you should craft an elixir to increase the strength of the Elves. Make an Elixir of Concentration using alchemy with 1 Clear Liquid Reagent, 3 Cloud Mushrooms, 3 Bear Blood, and 2 Wild Grass.
