Oquilla Sky Crystal

A blue crystal NPC Knowledge Item found in the remnants of the Ancient civilization deep in the seas of Oquilla. Based on Ancient records, this was one of the few crystals to shine when the entire earth was covered in dark red ash and putrid fumes for three days. This crystal is currently used to craft Resplendent Weapon Reform Stones which can upgrade special gear forged by the Old Moon Guild to its fullest potential.
