Orffs Island's Arens seems to have possession of Robeau's Journal. He requests you to go hunt the seagulls that keep stealing his fish. Go hunt the seagulls and bring their feathers as proof.

Now that I think about it, while I was walking around looking for something to eat
I saw a note that the man left behind.
Hmm... I know it's sudden, but can you go hunt some seagulls?
They keep stealing the food that I find...It's annoying.
Since you're a hunter, please help me. You're confident in your skills, right?
If you go up somewhere high, they'll be easier to hunt.
