Sirare NPC Knowledge claims an unnamed stranger came looking for you, and tells you that if you desire to recover the one tenet you used to live for, one of your forgotten memories, you need to prove your worth to him. Head over to the Wandering Rogue Den he mentioned and gather some Obsidian Pieces.
