I grew up there, but I can't say it's a good place to live.
A lot of things happened to it,
and one of them almost leveled it to the ground.
I was glad to know Captain Ceasar NPC Knowledge is there to protect it,
but clearly, whatever might be happening is beyond his ability.
Could you head out to Glish?
The Captain will bring you up to date.
