Dialogue

Durgeff Dialogue
I think Deian must know that Garmoth NPC Knowledge was defeated
and has gone into hiding.
I have reports claiming that Deian might have fled
to the Sherekhan Iron Mine, into Barbarian territory.
For that... is where the Black Dragon Markthanan slumbers.
He probably fled there to meet with him.
However, Deian must have been in a rush because he left some papers behind.
They look like they were a part of his journal.
It appears that he manipulated Garmoth to achieve Markthanan's return.
Fortunately for us... it appears things didn't go according to plan.
Some even say this was all part of the Crimson Dragon's efforts
to undermine the word of the Black Dragon himself...
And yet, we cannot discern the truth by listening to one voice alone.
History shall only remember the intense battle that was fought on this day.
Durgeff Dialogue (Alt)
To defeat Deian, we would need to take back the Sherekhan Iron Mine...
Durgeff Completion
The return of Markthanan...
No, we must never let that happen!
We shall bring the Sherekhan Iron Mine back under our control...
Garmoth NPC Knowledge... Markthanan... other Dragons now long lost.
And the countless souls of Drieghan that were sacrificed by them.
However... watching you whose veins bear the blood
of that fiendish underling of the Black Dragon, Garmoth,
made me think for the first time of the losses your kind, the Dragons, have endured.
Even if you are moving according to the unknown biding of whichever masters you may serve,
I have seen with my own eyes that your actions have served these lands today.
Near where the great battle took place, towards the Sherekhan Iron Mine
is a place called the "Shrine of Silent Prayers."
The upper shrine is for the people, while the shrine below is for the Dragons.
I never knew why Nana Margot insisted on delegating a place of prayer for the Dragons...
However, seeing how we worked together today, I've finally come to understand her intentions.
Was it truly impossible for Humans and Dragons to come together? Who knows...
I wonder if we're maintaining this bad blood without a thought
on where and why it all started.
But until we find the answer...
We shall continue watching over these lands however we deem fit.
When that day comes, you may stand with us,
or bare arms against us, but I pray to see you again.
