Isobelle complimented you on how you handled the issue with the Southwestern Gateway guards and the trade wagon attacks. Before you head to Calpheon, she recommends you to stay in Heidel and take in the town.

All that's left is moving the military supplies for Trina Knights
and transporting Heidel's tributes to Calpheon.
You look pretty worn out.
You've traveled quite the distance, so I suppose it's no surprise.
Get some rest before we head out.
You don't know when you'll come back to the Heidel, so why not take a break first?
Feel free to stay at the inn or take a tour of this humble city
