Objective
Brorum NPC Knowledge of Tarif lost his wife because of Illezra, the witch. He tracks Illezra every day to avenge his wife, but he said it is difficult to find any trace of her. He asked to discover Illezra's whereabouts if you go to the Wandering Rogue Den.

Illezra was trying to steal the book of Cartian and my wife saw it.
My wife should have awakened me first.
She was trying to stop Illezra by herself, and it was too reckless.
But Illezra didn't have to kill my wife!
I tried to find Illezra to avenge her, but I couldn't even find a trace.
I heard she's dealing with the Wandering Rogues.
Are you going that way, by any chance?
If so, give them a hard time and let me know Illezra's whereabouts.
