Miloberry NPC Knowledge says if you bring her a Vilentia's Vedelona Bouquet x1, she'll share the knowledge related to the "Apu Apu Waterstarwort," a plant known to make the noise "Apu apu" when dropped in water and thus grow at an alarming rate.
