must go through immigration process.
But as you can tell, things are a little hectic here.
We don't have the time to handle the entry processes.
If we had an official gatekeeper here,
we would be able to handle all entry processes.
I think Captain Brego Williar NPC Knowledge is currently
in charge of handling the entry process.
However, you'll first have to win Margaret's trust
before you can see Captain Brego.
