Objective
Norma Leight NPC Knowledge, who oversees the Northern Wheat Plantation, says the numbers in her books aren't matching the actual number of goods in the warehouse. It appears someone's been smuggling some of them out, and asks that you investigate a recent hire. Find the worker Normal Leight mentioned.

The plantation's been doing well, and a bit quiet of late.
However, I've been looking over my ledgers recently
and discovered some product amounts not adding up.
I do have my suspicions...
There's this worker who's a new hire from Port Epheria.
He's quite the diligent one, and of decent character.
It might not be him... but if he's doing this as a result of hard times,
I would definitely want to know so I can help.
Could you find him and bring him to me?
He should be working somewhere there in the back.
