In a nutshell, Narc belongs to the Ahib. The evil power of the Ahib reaches far.
Narc spells are used by the Manshaums to control the rain.
They must not be used.
According to the young spirit who was enthralled by the Narc spell,
the Manshaums have gotten abnormally powerful.
Something must be empowering them.
