Objective
Haim claims the Cox Pirates were planning on pillaging novice sailors when the Great Expedition began.

It was right around the beginning of the Great Expedition.
At the time, the Cox Pirates were starving for some action.
You see, not many adventurers came around here.
Then I heard the Cox Pirates were to leave this place.
Their plan was to infiltrate an island closer to a town,
in order to target adventurers still new to sailing.
However, none of them wanted to leave.
Then someone threw a torch onto the barracks.
At the time, the Cox Pirates were starving for some action.
You see, not many adventurers came around here.
