Objective

The Black Spirit NPC Knowledge said that to see something interesting, you should dry a green grade fish. Use Drying in the Processing window dry fish.
※ This quest requires you to dry Mudskipper Knowledge Item, Sandfish Knowledge Item, Rock Hind Knowledge Item, Mackerel Knowledge Item, Trout, Beltfish Knowledge Item, or Sandeel Knowledge Item.

1. Open Processing (Manufacture).
2. Select Drying.
3. Select a green grade fish from your Inventory.
4. Start Drying.
(※ Note: Drying cannot be performed when it is precipitating.)
Dry a green grade fish via Processing and show it to the Black Spirit NPC Knowledge;
