Objective

Philaberto Falasi NPC Knowledge says he's prepared a ship license for you. Head over to the Wharf Manager and register your ship.

1. Right-Click on the ship license and navigate to the nearest Wharf.
2. Talk to the Wharf Manager and select "Wharf."
3. Select Register Ship menu and select the license.
4. Enter the ship's name and press "Yes" to register.
5. Select the registered ship and press "Take Out."
Receive the Epheria Cog Ship License from Lodovica;Register the Epheria Cog Ship License;
