Delphad Castillion said that Kamasylvia has opened its doors to the outside after many years of seclusion, and is asking for military support from Calpheon. He asked you to visit the city of Grána, as part of a delegation to get a grip on the current situation in Kamasylvia. Go to Enrique Encarotia to get support for your trip to Grána, the capital city of Kamasylvia.

According to the pact, Calpheon is to give full support to
Queen Brolina whenever she needs our help.
However, the situation between our two nations has changed since the pact was first made.
I do not know if we can trust them.
This is because Kamasylvia has been closed off to the outside world for a long time,
and has only quite recently opened itself back to us.
During the reign of Amelia Ornette, the former Queen of Kamasylvia,
we could barely step foot in Kamasylvia, let alone maintain diplomatic relations.
However, the current queen, Brolina Ornette,
has opened the doors and is asking for military support.
