Objective

Sagotts NPC Knowledge thinks you came all the way to Randis Island to see the newly discovered underwater cave. According to him, there might be something inside the cave, but he can never go get it himself. Explore the cave.

That guy who inherited that great big storage at Port Epheria and writes novels on the side?
He used to bombard me with hundreds of questions about the sea
so I thought he was an adventurer at first, haha!
But, you are an actual adventurer, are you not?
When you came up to me, I thought you came to ask about the underwater cave.
The cave is beneath this island, but it is difficult to access.
I'm only telling you this since Pavino Greko seems to trust you,
but there are rumors of a mysterious chest down there.
Doesn't that tingle your curiosity? An underwater treasure?
You can use Elixir of Seal Knowledge Item to drastically increase the time you can spend underwater,
but you also will need to conserve your Stamina somehow.
If you want to explore the cave, I hope you have some tricks up your sleeves.
