Northwestern Calpheon became restricted 8 years ago
due to the spread of the Ashen Plague.
There's been a lot of talk about the cause of the plague,
and everyone had different ideas.
King Seric incited the people saying that it was Heidel's doing,
but who was he to think that he could fool all those people?
There were numerous people who witnessed the Blackstar fall.
They just kept it to themselves to avoid the king's wrath.
Soon after, the monarchy collapsed and the Kalis Parliament stepped in,
but the northwest still remained closed on the pretext of the Ashen Plague.

He hinted about the existence of the Blackstar which has been denied for so long
and told me to be ready to mine it.
But now it's way past the promised date, and not a single bit of that precious metal has been mined.
They're hiding something, I can feel it. I spent 8 years of my life waiting for that Blackstar!
I heard you helped out Calpheon and Kalis quite a lot?
Do you think you can lend us a hand this time? Oh, and please take this.
